🌟 We’ve been making waves in the Anoka - Hennepin Schools district, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about the impact we’ve been able to make! 💫 Our recent visit to Blaine High School was nothing short of inspiring, where we had the privilege of providing over 130 haircare products to each and every student for free. Not only did we distribute these essentials, but we also engaged in insightful discussions about various aspects of hair – from its rich history to the laws that surround it. The enthusiasm and engagement from the students were truly heartwarming, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to empower them with knowledge and resources.
But our mission didn’t stop there – at Anoka High School, we continued our commitment by offering an array of accessories and haircare products completely free of charge to students & families. Additionally, we were honored to attend the Andover High School Multicultural Show & Social, where we had the pleasure of showcasing our support alongside Mrs. Black MN USA and running Ms. Juneteeth. Their immense support bolstered our efforts and further emphasized the importance of community collaboration.
In total, we distributed over 600 haircare products and accessories throughout the school district, further solidifying our dedication to providing essential resources to every student. Through our partnership with Anoka - Hennepin Schools, we’ve been able to host host educational workshops, speak at student conferences, and spark meaningful conversations about hair and identity. The support and enthusiasm from the students and staff have been overwhelming, and we’re incredibly excited to continue this journey with you all.
